Nucleating & Clarifying Agent

Nucleating masterbatches are latest generation clarifying and nucleating agents which have been specially formulated to provide product enhancement at low dosages. These work by providing very large number nucleic where crystallization can occur. The spherulites so formed are smaller in size and hence allow visible light to pass around them. The faster crystallization rates and also higher re-crystallization  during polymer melt cooling results in tangible cycle time reductions in injection molding applications.
